Since 2004, Key4events has been providing IT solutions for all stages of event organization.

One know-how, many solutions:

– The deployment of IT solutions during events (accreditation badges, traceability, access control, speaker management system, recording, streaming, interactivity, eposter, etc),

– For more than 10 years, we have developed a digital platform that allows event organizers to manage all aspects of their events (registration, group registration, hosting, emailing, dedicated website, statistics reports, faculty and program management, etc.).

– The digitalization of our on-site solutions to support event organizers in the virtualization of their project.

These interconnected solutions are part of our 100% integrated software suite [K4FUSION] and are adapted to the specific processes of the organizers.

For this, our teams are mobilized with, on one hand, our internal development department (about thirty employees) which designs, maintains and improves our solutions. On the other hand, our operational production team [K4PROD] is on the field at the core of the event.

Since 2020, key4events has been committed to reducing its carbon footprint and developing solutions that care about people and their environment.
