Luxury made in Provence. In a sublime 1,5 ha garden in the heart of Aix-en-Provence, Le Pigonnet welcomes you to its 45 rooms and suites, in a mix of charming 90 year-old history and contemporary comfort and design. Our goal is to genuinely create your home away from home.
Les Salons du Pigonnet, most of which open directly unto the luxuriant park, will host your board meetings, seminars, cocktails, press conferences and product launches from 10 to 150 participants.
Restaurants
At La Table du Pigonnet, our Chef Thierry Balligand offers an original and creative Mediterranean bistronomique cuisine that focuses on seasonal products from our lovely region.
In winter, the restaurant rooms are spacious and bright with a unique view on the extraordinary garden. With warm weather, service takes place on the terrace overlooking the gardens, in the shade of the century-old chestnut and pine trees.
From April to October, summer dishes and tapas are served nonstop in the gardens on the large deck of the lounge bar.
