Our position on the gastronomic scene is multifaceted, now encompassing four restaurants: Le 1860 Le Palais located in the Palais de la Bourse, Dalloyau Les Terrasses du Port, Le 29 at La Tour La Marseillaise, and the newest addition, Pure Braise in Allauch. The HCB Group also includes Le Domaine de la Bauquière, featuring a reception hall and vast leisure areas. We operate a 600m² savory and sweet production laboratory located in La Valentine, and regularly collaborate with Michelin-starred chefs from the region.
OUR COMMITMENT
Our entire organization is designed to minimize our impact on the planet—from the selection of raw materials, through their processing, to their recycling. This is reflected in our reduction of food waste, the improvement of working conditions in production, the reduction of excess packaging, and the use of biodegradable or recyclable products. These environmental and social commitments also guide our choice of local, certified suppliers, in order to promote seasonal, fair-trade products and responsible dining.
